Will be watching you finish the Ironman sans shoes. Goal ultima!
I just devoured Barefoot Ken Bob's--Barefoot Running Step by Step. Great read on form and freedom. I ab-sole-lutly LOVE running barefoot. Conditioning feet and learning form on rough roads after running in Vibrams for 6 months. Before that I didn't run at all because I did not find joy in running. Vibrams helped me find joy without pain but I wanted more. Joyfully running now with 2 naked feet. Do you have a secret for running bare when the road is warm/hot? Came home with several blisters yesterday I suspect from the heat (did not do my usual morning run, ran at noon). The blisters were on my toe pads and outer edges of forefeet.
