  1. I’m soooo envious! My family and I lived there for a year from ’06 – ’07. We still miss it!!

    It’s nice to see another barefoot enthusiast in Southern Utah! I live in Cedar City but frequent St. George quite often.

    I’m more of an hiker/adventurist than a runner but I’m interested in the barefoot lifestyle. I got sick of my thick, heavy hiking sandals and so I ditched them and made my own. They are similar to huaraches but they are designed for outdoor adventure.

      Send some pics of your sandals, I will post them up on the blog. We are going to go run to the top of Pine Valley Mountain. Have you been able to do that run?
