I recorded my longest run to date shod or barefoot last Friday. I am focused and training for the fast approaching day of the St. George Marathon. I am a bit concerned about how much downhill running there is so I am picking routes that are uphill out and downhill all the way back home. [...]
In the Valley it was close to 100 degrees. Not so at 10,000 feet. As you can see, there is plenty of snow at the top.
