Glad you have gotten from Running Barefoot, some of the same benefits that I have enjoyed for so many decades. Particularly, I run into many people who believe running is boring. But, I think it is just because they haven&#039;t tried Running Barefoot, which, like yourself, seems to bring it to life for me, so much more than when the stimulation of our feet interacting with the ground is muted with shoes.
